Transfer Process in Plots: Step 1. It is mandatory for Plot owner to get registry done in his name before he/ she sells his/her Plot. Step 2. Owner get Physical Possession/ Hand Over Certificate from site. Step 3. Owner to get maintenance NOC from Gaur Yamuna City Maintenance Department which is currently in basement of Tower A in Gaur Yamuna City. Step 4. After Owner get NOC from site, the NOC to be submitted with Gaursons to get transfer NOC. Step 5. Once owner get transfer NOC, the TM (Transfer of Memorandum) can be submitted in Yamuna Authority in favor of buyer. The TM letter will be issued by authority in 5 to 10 days. Step 6. When TM letter is issued, registry can be done in buyer’s favor.
